This full-time role spans tax processing and correspondence, firm event planning, marketing, continuing education tracking, and new-hire onboarding. In addition, this position maintains an ongoing role in recruitment, including both experienced-hire and campus recruiting support. We are looking for someone with some recruiting experience who is ready to grow into a broader administrative position with many facets, and who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. Please note that some overtime should be expected during tax season, from February through mid-April.

- Plan and coordinate firm events, including internal celebrations, team-building activities, and client-facing functions
- Manage event logistics such as venues, vendors, budgets, and timelines
- Support the firm's marketing efforts, including social media content, internal and external communications, and promotional materials
- Assist with maintaining the firm's brand presence across recruiting, community, and marketing initiatives
- Track and maintain records of team members' continuing professional education (CPE) credits and licensing requirements
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics to ensure a consistent, engaging start for incoming employees
- Partner with department leaders to prepare onboarding schedules, materials, and check-ins
- Support full-cycle recruiting for experienced-hire and campus positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and representing the firm at career fairs and university events
- Maintain candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and track recruiting metrics to report on trends and results
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and guide them through the recruitment process
- Provide additional administrative support to firm leadership and operations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all areas of responsibility

## Requirements

- 1–2 years of recruiting experience

- Experience or interest in event planning, marketing, or communications is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple, varied projects and shifting priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Previous experience in the accounting or finance industry is a plus
