## Description

## Requirements

-   Assist the team with a variety of operational, administrative, and client-facing activities
-   Support internal processes through documentation and administrative tasks
-   Help prepare reports, statistics, and presentations
-   Handle tasks related to invoices and performance confirmation documents
-   You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Department, taking on an important support role in driving daily operations, managing priorities, and helping to improve internal processes.

**What you will need for successful work**

-   You are confident in your English and German skills.
-   You are curious about the world of IT services.
-   You have user-level experience with Microsoft Office applications.
-   You work accurately and precisely.
-   And most importlanty: You are eager to learn from us.
