### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide expert assistance to Lithuanian-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms.

-   Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Lithuanian and English required.
-   Include nationality and native language in application.
-   Experience in customer support or fintech/payments preferred.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Familiarity with online payment platforms preferred.
-   Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
