## Description

**LK Apartments** is a modern, community-driven housing provider rooted in Waterloo—one of Canada’s most innovative and dynamic cities. We’re more than just a housing company; we design inclusive, thoughtfully crafted communities where residents can truly thrive.

Our story began by supporting students and young professionals seeking modern, well-located housing. As we’ve grown, so has our purpose. Today, we proudly serve a diverse range of residents, including professionals and families looking for vibrant, connected communities to call home. Our expansion across Ontario reflects our commitment to building communities, not just buildings, with every location carrying the spirit of Waterloo: innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability.

**Position Overview**

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Brand Ambassador to support both leasing and operational activities across our residential portfolio.

This is a hybrid role where you’ll be the face of our brand, engaging with prospective residents, supporting events, and building awareness, while also assisting behind the scenes with administrative and turnover processes to ensure a seamless move-in experience.

If you’re outgoing, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, and operations.

- Represent our brand through on-site events, pop-ups, and community outreach

- Engage with prospective tenants and generate leasing interest

- Support marketing initiatives and promote current offerings

- Build relationships with students and local community partners

**Leasing & Operations Support (Admin)**

- Assist with move-in and move-out coordination

- Conduct unit checks and document deficiencies

- Track turnover progress and update internal systems

- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and CRM tools

- Support the team with general administrative and site duties

## Requirements

- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with people in person and in group settings

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow‑through

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required

- Comfortable with hands‑on, on‑site work including unit checks, move‑in/move‑out support, and event set‑ups

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team‑first mindset

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort working with spreadsheets and internal systems

- Experience in customer service, events, marketing, leasing, or administrative support is considered an asset

- Interest in real estate, property management, marketing, or operations is an asset

- Ideal for current students or recent graduates seeking practical, hands‑on experience in a professional environment
