## Description

**PRIORITY Quality Consultants** is expanding its network of **Senior Freelance Evaluation Experts** to support proposals and implementation of projects for the **European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations and Public Authorities**.

We are looking for professionals with **8+ years of relevant experience** in evaluation, policy analysis, impact assessment, monitoring or applied research.

## Requirements

-   **8+ years of relevant professional experience**
-   University degree (Master's or PhD is considered an asset)
-   Proven experience in evaluation, monitoring, policy analysis, impact assessment or applied research
-   Previous participation in projects funded by the **European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations or Public Authorities**
-   Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
-   Experience conducting interviews, surveys, stakeholder consultations and data analysis
-   Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
-   Excellent command of English
