Join our **Asset Renewal Team** and help deliver projects that transform and extend the life of existing buildings and structures. Specialising in refurbishment, remediation, and upgrades, our team breathes new life into assets while ensuring they meet current building standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. Based on the Gold Coast, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Contract Administrator** to work on diverse and rewarding projects within a collaborative and growing team.

**About the Role**

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

-   Conducting site inspections and managing project budgets and programs.
-   Managing payment claims in accordance with contract requirements.
-   Assessing site instructions, subcontractor variations, and pricing variations for approval.
-   Reviewing project documentation and identifying potential risks, defects, and project delays.
-   Maintaining accurate project records and reports
-   Participating in project start-up meetings.
-   Reviewing and contributing to subcontractor and supplier scopes of work.
-   Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers deliver works in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
-   Preparing, issuing, and coordinating tender packages.
-   Monitoring project performance and providing regular feedback to Project Managers.

-   Supporting the project team to achieve commercial targets and project profitability.
-   Support the planning, administration, and monitoring of projects, ensuring activities, timelines, and documentation are accurately maintained and updated.
-   Liaise with project stakeholders to gather, compile, and communicate project progress updates, identifying issues and escalating risks where required.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

-   Certificate IV in Contract Administration (minimum requirement).
-   A degree in Construction Management or a related qualification (desirable).
-   Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator or similar construction-based role.
-   Experience preparing and administering contracts.
-   Proven experience managing variations, delays, and contract claims.
-   Experience monitoring project cash flow and reporting.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
