## Description

Cura Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall healthcare experience by ensuring all clinical and non-clinical areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more following established protocols.
-   Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and maintain orderly storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
-   Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departments.
-   Adhere to infection control guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
-   Support the healthcare team by ensuring a clutter-free, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
-   Follow all regulatory policies related to housekeeping and safety.
-   Contribute to laundry services as needed
-   All other duties assigned

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry roles preferred
-   Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper sanitation procedures preferred
-   Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
-   Good communication skills and a cooperative team attitude.
-   Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
