Our **Skilled Nursing** team provides intermittent care to Medicare beneficiaries in their homes—often after an inpatient stay for illness or surgery.

You’ll help patients **recover their independence and feel confident managing life at home.** 💕

### 🍂 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

🩺 Help patients understand and manage their disease process  
🩹 Dress wounds and provide skilled treatments  
💉 Draw blood and manage drains, catheters, PICCs, and ostomies  
🏡 Evaluate home safety and patient needs  
💊 Support medication and disease management  
🤝 Connect patients with helpful community resources  
👩‍⚕️ Coordinate care with physicians, providers, caregivers, therapists, and families

## Requirements

Michigan RN License

Michigan Driver's license and proof of insurance

CPR

1 year Home Health Experience Preferred; ER or Critical Care Experience a Plus

OASIS Experience Preferred

Critical Thinking and Task Skills Necessary

Computer Skills a Must
