Our client is seeking a **QA Engineer** who can lead his QA efforts, build and maintain robust QA processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You’ll have a hands-on role in test automation, API testing, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance QA efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Define, implement, and maintain QA processes and best practices.
-   Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and APIs.
-   Collaborate with product and development teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
-   Utilize AI tools to optimize testing and defect detection (a plus).
-   Conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring functional, performance, and security standards.
-   Track QA metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   1-5 years in software QA.
-   Strong experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
-   Solid experience in API testing.
-   Proven experience managing QA teams and processes.
-   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and version control systems.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Familiarity with AI-powered QA tools.
-   Experience with performance and security testing is a bonus.
