## Description

**Role Objective**

Nawy is transforming how people experience real estate in Egypt, and that transformation is built

by our people. The People Experience &amp; Internal Communications Lead exists to keep our

workforce informed, connected, and inspired as we scale at speed. This is not a broadcast role; it

is a strategic communications function. You will architect Nawy&#39;s internal voice, shape how

change and progress are understood, design the channels through which information flows, and

ensure every employee, from sales to tech to operations feels seen, heard, and part of the story.

Reporting to the Senior People Experience and Employer Branding Manager, you will own the

internal communications space while operating hands on across People Experience and

Engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute Nawy's Internal Communications strategy, aligning it with business priorities, culture goals, and the employee lifecycle including a full channel audit and roadmap.
-   Build and maintain an editorial calendar that connects the business rhythm (quarterly reviews, product launches, hiring surges) with proactive, sequenced communication planning.
-   Develop and manage change management communications for organizational shifts including new processes, policy updates, system rollouts, and leadership transitions, ensuring messaging protects trust and minimizes confusion.
-   Ensure people’s milestones (promotions, anniversaries, team wins, new joiners) are celebrated with intention and personalization.
-   Establish an internal communications measurement framework tracking channel analytics, content engagement, employee sentiment, and manager cascade effectiveness, using data to continuously improve strategy.
-   Collaborate with People and Culture teams, and the Employer Branding team to ensure internal communications are coordinated, consistent, and aligned with what Nawy promises externally.
-   Lead and operationalize People Experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding journeys and recognition programs to wellbeing campaigns and culture activations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Nawy's values and leaves employees feeling genuinely valued.
-   Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and companywide initiatives, including town halls, team days, milestone celebrations, and engagement activations.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a closely related People Experience role, with demonstrable ownership at both the strategic and operational levels.
-   Exceptional written Arabic and English, you can craft all hands messages, and culture content in both languages with equal quality, tone, and cultural resonance.
-   Experience designing and running corporate events, town halls, or large-scale internal events including preparation and post events follow up.
-   Demonstrable AI fluency, you actively use AI tools throughout your communications workflow.
