## Description

-   Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
-   Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.
-   Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
-   Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
-   Understanding of Banking Technical Architect and system

## Requirements

-   Experience **working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis** or in core banking business within GenAI space
-   **Previous experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol**
-   Candidate must have fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
-   Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes
-   **Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability**
-   Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools
