**About The Job**

Adree is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support our product development and platform automation initiatives by leveraging technical and analytical expertise to articulate the value of secure, scalable digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and technical requirements, and clearly demonstrate how enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure can address their needs.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between infrastructure automation and seamless product delivery, collaborating across teams to operationalize standard deployment paths. By blending infrastructure-as-code, GitOps workflows, automated testing gates, and configuration management, you will ensure our digital products are both highly reliable and fully auditable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand their digital transformation and automation goals
-   Deliver impactful presentations and documentation showcasing CI/CD pipelines, agent pool management, and environment provisioning capabilities
-   Support the product and engineering teams in developing reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server, ensuring system accuracy and alignment with user needs
-   Provide technical insights and DevOps expertise throughout the product lifecycle to enforce complex branching strategies, optimize build runner performance, and maintain Linux-based runner systems
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including security and QA) to manage 3rd party libraries, integrate OpenText security tools (Fortify SCA), and embed automated testing automation frameworks
-   Stay current with industry trends, containerization mechanics, market changes, and automation workflows to position infrastructure solutions effectively
-   Conduct workshops and technical alignments internally and with clients to enable GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
-   Participate in Agile development processes and release deployments, integrating monitoring hooks (AppDynamics/BMC/Azure Monitoring) and driving production delivery patterns

## Requirements

**Education**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

**Experience**

-   6–10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Build & Release automation within enterprise environments.
-   Proven track record of strong, hands-on production delivery exposure (scaling live environments, not just running laboratory or sandbox setups).
-   Demonstrated experience operating within government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred.

**Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)**

-   Deep proficiency in CI/CD pipeline engineering, secure pipeline patterns, agent pool configuration, and advanced branching strategies.
-   Strong hands-on engineering experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift).
-   Practical expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), configuration management automation (Ansible), Linux administration, and systems scripting.
-   Solid familiarity managing binary artifacts and third-party libraries utilizing JFrog Artifactory.
-   Analytical skills to implement secure application pipelines including Fortify SCA, HashiCorp Vault secrets, and Sigstore/SecurEnvoy MFA verification setups.
-   Superior communication, a strong coaching mindset to mentor engineering teams, cross-team collaboration (Developers, Security, QA), and a deep sense of ownership.
