## Description

**Job Opening: QA Supervisor**

**Location: South Africa (Remote)**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM EST)**

We are looking for a **detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Representative** to join a collaborative team supporting a US-based operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly attentive to detail, communicates well, learns quickly, and is interested in developing their career within Quality Assurance.

Previous **QA experience is preferred but not essential**. The right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly are equally important.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
-   Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
-   Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
-   Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
-   Experience with performance metrics and reporting.
