### Job Title: Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist

Fully remote, 9 AM-5 PM M-F EST

We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, social media presence, website management, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in using AI tools such as Claude to improve marketing workflows and content creation.

### Responsibilities:

-   Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
-   Design marketing materials for digital and print use
-   Draft and manage email blasts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
-   Develop seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
-   Create sales and promotional materials for the sales team
-   Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging content and consistent branding
-   Plan, schedule, and publish social media content
-   Assist with website revamp, updates, maintenance, and ongoing management
-   Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
-   Utilize AI tools, specifically Claude, to streamline content creation and marketing processes
-   Organize and maintain marketing data, reports, and spreadsheets

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or digital promotion

-   Strong graphic design and content creation skills

-   Experience drafting professional marketing emails and promotional content
-   Familiarity with website management and website revamp projects
-   Proficiency in AI tools, particularly Claude
-   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
-   Advanced spreadsheet skills are a strong plus
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

### Preferred Skills:

-   Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
-   Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization
-   Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms
-   Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools
