Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading travel company based in Greece. This role involves providing outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers by assisting them with travel bookings, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their journey.

With your fluency in Croatian, you will serve as a vital link between the company and its clients, offering personalized assistance, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with the company's commitment to excellence in the travel industry.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries and bookings
-   Assist customers with flight, hotel, and package reservations
-   Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
-   Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
-   Stay informed of travel industry trends, promotions, and company offerings

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or tourism sector, is advantageous
-   Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
-   Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
