## Description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is a trusted provider of professional services to U.S. federal defense and civilian agencies, delivering expertise in business intelligence and acquisition/procurement support. As an Administrative Specialist II (Casework Assistant), you will play a vital role in supporting international child abduction/adoption cases and emergency services within a dynamic government environment. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of case management and administrative operations.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Providing support services related to international child abductions/adoptions and emergency services
-   Drafting routine correspondence for supervisors and bureau officials
-   Assisting officers with case processing, including opening cases in databases, using correct templates, and following SOPs/guidance/FAQs
-   Drafting and preparing cables for communication
-   Supporting legal assistance coordinators and Country Officers
-   Leading the management of section correspondence
-   Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for incoming and outgoing correspondence
-   Analyzing and maintaining monthly case statistics
-   Serving as notetaker for meetings and as consular task force case worker as requested
-   Performing other assigned duties as needed

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   High school diploma or equivalent
-   3–5 years of administrative or casework support experience
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
-   Experience drafting and formatting professional correspondence and documents such as letters, memorandums, and briefing papers
-   Experience following documented SOPs, templates, and written guidance to process cases or administrative actions
-   Active Secret security clearance

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for incoming and outgoing correspondence
-   Experience tracking and reporting monthly case or activity statistics, including compiling metrics in spreadsheets or reports
-   Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, such as supervisors and program or case officers, with administrative coordination and case processing
