## Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Internal Communication Trainee** to join our team through the **Tamheer Program**. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee engagement, internal communication, content creation, and organizing company events

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Strong design skills using tools such as **Canva** or **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-   Previous experience (academic, internship, volunteer, or professional) in organizing events or employee engagement activities.
-   Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
-   Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
-   Good organizational and coordination skills.
-   **Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.**
