## Description

-   Support the development and implementation of the statutory planning control framework for Qiddiya City.
-   Manage the translation and integration of City Framework Plan masterplans into a coordinated city-wide planning system.
-   Contribute to the expansion of permitting activities to support the QIC Group, including operational permits and licenses.
-   Support engagement with government stakeholders to facilitate permitting processes, including coordination of MOUs, SLAs, and other agreements.
-   Manage and define future permitting and licensing responsibilities for Qiddiya City.
-   Contribute to the design and improvement of systems and processes for future permitting responsibilities.
-   Support the development of the technology roadmap for managing Qiddiya City's regulatory ecosystem.
-   Manage the implementation of technology solutions and digital systems to support critical regulatory and permitting services.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, City Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Public Policy, Real Estate Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
-   Proven experience in statutory planning, urban development frameworks, master planning, or regulatory planning within large-scale city development projects.
-   Ability to support the design and implementation of governance structures, service models, MOUs, SLAs, and stakeholder agreements.
-   15+ years of relevant experience in urban planning, regulatory frameworks, permitting, city management, or related fields.
