**Position Overview:**

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced **Nurse Practitioner bilingual in Mandarin** to provide housecall services in a multi-specialty practice across the Bronx, NY. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive, negotiable compensation package.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
-   Develop and implement individualized care plans.
-   Prescribe medications and treatments within the NP scope of practice.
-   Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
-   Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management.
-   Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers.
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   **Education:** Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required).
-   **Certification:** Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
-   **Experience:** New graduates are welcome to apply.
-   **Language:** Bilingual in Mandarin
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Comfort with point-of-care testing and portable medical equipment.
-   **Soft Skills:** Highly independent, excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, compassionate, and adaptable to different home environments.
