**Season:** Fall 2026  
**Start Date:** August 20, 2026  
**End Date:** November 2, 2026  
**Compensation:** $4,849 - $5,374 stipend + $1,000 preseason stipend

### Job Description

Marymount School is seeking an experienced, passionate, and student-centered **Head Varsity Soccer Coach** to lead its varsity girls soccer program during the Fall 2026 season. This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field while fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.

The ideal candidate has previous coaching and/or high-level playing experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for mentoring high school athletes. The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the varsity program, including practice planning, game strategy, player development, and collaboration with the athletic department.

### Schedule

-   Monday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
-   Tuesday: Typically Off
-   Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
-   Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
-   Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

### Responsibilities

-   Plan and lead engaging, organized practices
-   Coach all varsity games and competitions
-   Develop players' technical, tactical, and leadership abilities
-   Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
-   Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and the athletic department
-   Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes

### Qualifications

-   Previous soccer coaching and/or competitive playing experience
-   Experience working with high school-aged athletes preferred
-   Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-   Passion for developing young athletes and building a successful program
