### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Slovenian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support issues.
-   Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovenian and English, both spoken and written.
-   Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a related industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation costs fully covered.
