## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in a virtual setting

-   Deliver therapy services to online school students, following goals and services in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP)[](https://amazingcare1-my.sharepoint.com/personal/alimmendorf_amazingcare_com/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={f78a23db-1edf-41bd-bcc0-fb028f281b54}&action=edit&wd=target%28Clinic%20Leads.one%7C1227b932-3d23-45f4-8d73-f40be2ea0d06%2F5%5C%2F11%5C%2F26%7C1010d1b5-7e4c-41a9-92df-5cc2a896ca8b%2F%29&wdorigin=NavigationUrl)
-   Complete evaluation reports, progress reports, and daily session notes efficiently and on time

**Requirements:**

-   Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the states of Arizona and Colorado prior to start date in August 2026
-   Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license to provide services in the school setting
-   Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus but not required
