Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Finance Industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient in German and possess a strong interest in finance while dedicating themselves to providing outstanding customer support.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the finance sector through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management.
-   Provide clear and concise explanations regarding financial matters and company policies to enhance customer understanding.
-   Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex financial inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s financial products and services to provide accurate information.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback to improve service quality.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance industry.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
-   Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   A proactive approach to learning about financial products and improving service delivery.
