Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with Bloomberg products and services.  
\- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.  
\- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery.  
\- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their usage and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.  
\- Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.  
\- Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Bloomberg products.  
\- Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and expansion efforts.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.  
\- Strong understanding of financial markets and Bloomberg products.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.  
\- Analytical skills to interpret client data and feedback effectively.  
\- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
