## Description

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Commercial Director - Mixed-use, bringing at least 20 years of professional experience. This leadership role is critical to steering the commercial strategy for our mixed-use development projects, ensuring their successful delivery and sustainable growth.

JASARA PMC is a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, dedicated to the advancement of social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Our mixed-use developments integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, thereby fostering vibrant communities.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Formulate and implement commercial strategies tailored to mixed-use projects that align with JASARA's vision.
-   Lead all commercial activities encompassing bidding, contract negotiations, and client relationship management.
-   Drive business development initiatives to expand project portfolios and market presence.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation.
-   Oversee commercial team performance, mentoring staff to optimize outcomes.
-   Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
-   Minimum of 20 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles, specifically within mixed-use developments or relevant sectors.
-   Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and business development.
-   Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing commercial teams.
-   Comprehensive understanding of the Middle East construction and development market.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
