For Season **2027,** we are looking for a passionate Bartender to join the **Nido** team in **Corfu.**  

**The Role**  

As a **Bartender,** you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable moments for our guests through your craft.  

Working closely with the bar and wider F&B team, you will prepare cocktails and beverages to brand standards, manage stock within your area of responsibility and help ensure a smooth handover between shifts.  

This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate, service-oriented and thrives working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements

**A Day in the Job**  

Great bar service is built on consistency, teamwork and attention to detail.  

Here's what a typical day at **Nido**, could look like:  

-   You provide excellent customer service to every guest.  

-   You prepare cocktails and garnishes according to brand standards.  

-   You manage bar stock and inventory within your area of responsibility.  

-   You anticipate guests' needs, aiming for their ultimate satisfaction.  

-   You maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within your area of responsibility.  

-   You ensure a smooth handover between shifts.  

-   You handle guest complaints professionally, aiming for maximum guest satisfaction.  

-   You work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  

-   You handle end-of-shift reports and closing procedures together with the reception. 

**Is This You?**  

**Essential qualifications:**  

-   Previous professional experience in an equivalent five-star hotel or bar.  

-   Good knowledge of POS systems.  

-   Excellent command of English or any additional languages will be considered an asset.  

-   Good knowledge of wines, spirits and mixology techniques.  

-   A team player who is responsible, service- and customer-oriented, and passionate about the craft.  

**Additional qualifications – a plus:**  

-   Diploma from a bar school.
