**Denton Floyd Real Estate Group** is looking for an energetic Assistant Community Manager to join our Bowling Green, KY team. We have a culture of teamwork, cooperation with other team members, and a family atmosphere that sets us apart.

**Responsibilities include:**

-   Professional and friendly customer service.
-   Exceed resident expectations with warm, friendly and quick responsiveness to their concerns or requests for their homes or the community.
-   Maintain accurate resident records in accordance with company policy; update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.
-   Collection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.
-   Compose correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet residents in a professional manner.
-   Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
-   Maintain all residents files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation.
-   Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.
-   Assist the Community Manager as needed.

## Requirements

-   High school education or equivalent is required.
-   One year minimum experience in residential property management required.
-   Customer-focused approach
-   Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone.
-   Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, team members and Property Manager at all times.
-   Possess dynamic attitude, superior customer service, verbal communication, written communication and follow up skills.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
-   Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
-   Proficient in MS Office.
-   Ability to work 40 hours and must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.
-   Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.
-   Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of the job's functions.
-   Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
