**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Child Social Worker (LCSW)** to provide mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling with only one on-site day required weekly. Bilingual candidates are required.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain active Medicaid provider status
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
-   Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
-   Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   **Education:** Master of Social Work from an accredited program
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State LCSW License
-   **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
-   **Requirements:** Must have an an active Medicaid provider enrollment status; **Bilingual Spanish (mandatory)**
-   **Technical Skills:** Child psychosocial assessments, evidence-based therapies, case management
-   **Soft Skills:** Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families, collaborative approach
