We're looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Expert to join a growing company in the iGaming industry.

### What you'll do

-   Support Finnish-speaking customers across different communication channels.
-   Assist with enquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer experiences.
-   Work closely with an international team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
-   Develop your knowledge of the iGaming industry and customer support operations.

## Requirements

-   Fluent Finnish and English (C1 level or higher).
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Confidence using computers and digital tools.
-   Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, especially within iGaming.
