### Responsibilities

-   Handle inbound reservation inquiries from German-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
-   Provide accurate information on rates, availability, policies, and relocation support details.
-   Maintain detailed customer records and update reservation systems with high accuracy.
-   Deliver professional multilingual service while meeting response time and quality targets.

## Requirements

-   German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
-   Good English language proficiency.
-   Have good soft skills
