## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Hebrew Speaking Tech and Sales Support Specialist to join a leading tech company in Greece. In this dual-role position, you will provide both technical support and sales assistance to Hebrew-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

You will play a vital part in troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through product features, and facilitating sales processes. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide technical support in Hebrew via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues
-   Assist customers with sales-related questions, including product information, pricing, and order processing
-   Guide customers through product features and usage to enhance their experience
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM and support systems
-   Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex matters
-   Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and sales techniques

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Experience in technical support and/or sales support roles is preferred
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
-   Customer-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
-   Familiarity with CRM and customer support software is an advantage
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
