## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Window and Door Fitter / Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and installing windows and doors in a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that installations are performed efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards. ### Responsibilities

-   Fabricate window and door components according to specifications and project requirements.
-   Fit and install windows, doors, frames, and associated hardware accurately and securely.
-   Inspect materials and finished installations to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
-   Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions.
-   Work closely with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation activities.
-   Maintain proper tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and maintained regularly.
-   Adhere to all health and safety regulations throughout the fabrication and installation processes.
-   Document work performed, including materials used and any issues encountered during installation.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Window and Door Fitter and Fabricator or in a related role.
-   Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and installation methods for windows and doors.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
-   Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
-   Good manual dexterity and physical ability to handle installation tasks.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
-   Familiarity with health and safety practices relevant to fabrication and installation work.
-   Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
