**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to provide remote therapy services to clients across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
-   Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
-   Create treatment plans based on each client’s needs, symptoms, and goals
-   Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions
-   Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment updates, and required documentation
-   Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
-   Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote behavioral health care

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** license in Indiana
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Strong written communication and documentation skills
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
-   Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements
