## Description

### **Job Summary:**

KFC is looking for friendly, motivated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering great food, fast service, and a welcoming experience for every guest. If you enjoy working in a team environment and providing excellent customer service, we want you on our crew!

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests warmly and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
-   Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
-   Prepare and serve food items according to KFC standards
-   Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company expectations
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
-   Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
-   Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-   Assist with stocking, restocking, and inventory support
-   Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods
-   Support opening, closing, and daily shift cleaning duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   No experience required — training provided
-   Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
-   Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
-   Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
