## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. This role presents an excellent opportunity for Polish speakers to engage in a rewarding customer service career within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support and solutions to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
-   Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.
-   Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes and experience.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Experience in customer service, solutions, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
-   Adaptability and openness to working in a multicultural setting.
