**Job Title:** Outsourced Finance Manager

**Location:** Somerset West, Western Cape (Hybrid)

**About the Role**

A well-established financial services business based in Somerset West is looking for a sharp, newly-qualified CA(SA) / CGMA to step into a fractional Financial Manager capacity. This is an ideal first post-articles opportunity for someone who wants real financial management exposure.

You'll take ownership of the financial function on a part-time, hybrid basis, working directly with senior leadership to deliver management accounts, drive financial reporting, and support operational decision-making.

**What You'll Do**

-   Prepare and present monthly management accounts
-   Oversee month-end close processes and reconciliations
-   Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
-   Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
-   Liaise with external auditors and service providers
-   Identify process improvements and implement controls where needed
-   Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to leadership

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

-   Newly qualified CA(SA) / CGMA - fresh out of articles
-   Strong technical accounting foundation with practical experience gained during articles
-   Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited oversight
-   Comfortable in a hybrid, part-time structure
-   Somerset West-based or able to commute without issue
-   Excellent communication skills
