## Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Talent Acquisition Partner** to join our team. Teltonika’s **telematics business unit** develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

**In this role, you will:**

-   Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for roles including sales managers, technical positions, engineers, and other administrative staff — including drafting and publishing job ads, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining strong, up-to-date talent pipelines.
-   Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
-   Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and helping to implement best practices that enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
-   Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with company growth goals and key talent acquisition metrics.
-   Track and analyze recruitment data to generate insights, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.

**What we expect of you:**

-   3–5 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Partner role with full-cycle recruitment.
-   Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition field.
-   Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
-   A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared hiring goals.
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

**Salary**

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from _17 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~2800 Eur—3300 Eur) pre_\-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
