Senior Subject Matter Expert (Maths/Science/Computer Science)

**Role Overview**

We are hiring experienced Subject Matter Experts to design high-quality content Creators & Content Developers for Grades 1–12. This is an **in-person role** focused on building competency-based, problem-solving-driven learning experiences aligned with real-world applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design structured lessons, activities, and assessments for CS & Robotics
-   Develop **problem-solving-oriented content** (logic building, decision-making, real-world scenarios)
-   Create competency-based questions integrating Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude
-   Break down complex topics into simple, student-friendly explanations (A1–A2 level where needed)
-   Lead content planning, review cycles, and quality validation
-   Collaborate closely with academic, design, and product teams (in-office)
-   Mentor interns and junior content developers
-   Ensure all outputs are textbook-ready and instructionally strong

**Core Requirement: Problem Solving Expertise**

-   Ability to design **multi-step logical problems**
-   Translate real-world situations into computational thinking tasks
-   Identify learning gaps and create targeted problem sets
-   Strong analytical thinking with structured reasoning approach

**Required Skills & Expertise**

-   Strong foundation in Maths/Science/Computer Science (AI, Data, Algorithms, Programming)
-   Hands-on understanding of Robotics (Arduino, sensors, automation basics)
-   Experience in curriculum design / textbook development
-   Deep understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy and competency-based education
-   Excellent structuring, writing, and content validation skills

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s/Master’s in related field
-   2-5years of relevant experience

**Preferred Qualities**

-   Experience with Indian school curriculum
-   Ability to convert theory into real-life applications
-   Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
-   Experience mentoring teams

**Role Type**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
