## Description

The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing field activities, ensuring that project objectives are met on the ground.

**Responsibilities:** 

-   Identify, engage, and onboard eligible healthcare facilities, including hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories.
-   Guide facilities through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
-   Execute assigned field activities in line with project timelines and operational objectives.
-   Coordinate verification and other implementation activities to support successful facility onboarding.
-   Provide ongoing support to participating facilities and resolve issues by escalating them where appropriate.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
-   Conduct sensitization and awareness sessions.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries throughout the onboarding journey.
-   Maintain accurate records of field engagements, onboarding activities, and facility interactions.
-   Submit timely reports on activities, onboarding progress, challenges, and key insights.
-   Ensure all activities comply with established processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
-   Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with healthcare providers.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Public health, Nursing, Community Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Field sales, community engagement, or healthcare outreach, training and implementing projects that involve digital technology
-   Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
-   Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
-   Knowledge of data privacy standards and best practices.
-   Existing networks within the healthcare sector is an advantage.
