### Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller

Full-time, permanent Remote

### Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting healthcare providers from an existing doctor/provider list, qualifying potential accounts, and coordinating closely with the sales team to help generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Experience with outbound calling, lead qualification, and CRM systems is highly preferred.

### Responsibilities

-   Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare providers from provided Excel spreadsheets
-   Speak professionally with prospects in both English and Spanish
-   Work with the sales team to help formulate and improve call scripts
-   Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
-   Accurately document call notes, follow-ups, and account details in Salesforce
-   Turn qualified accounts over to the Sales Manager for further development
-   Maintain organized records and follow-up schedules
-   Meet daily and weekly outreach goals

## Requirements

-   Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

-   Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Comfortable speaking with medical offices and healthcare professionals
-   Experience using Excel and Salesforce
-   Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
-   Positive attitude with strong work ethic and reliability
-   Experience calling healthcare providers or medical offices
-   Background in B2B sales or lead generation
-   Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
