We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled _Dutch Speaking Customer Representative_ for Miele, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of premium domestic appliances.

**Your Role:**

-   Provide exceptional customer service and support to Dutch-speaking customers of Miele.
-   Handle customer inquiries, orders, and issues through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Represent Miele in a professional and courteous manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with the team to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and motivation.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
-   Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Work from home is possible, anywhere in Greece.
