**WORK YOU’LL DO  
**As a **Strategy & Consulting Manager**, you will use your excellent analytical skills and imagination to solve the business problems of our clients within the **Energy & Resources industries** and identify and unlock value for them through the innovative application of key digital trends and business and technology solutions.  
**Responsibilities:  
**-   Driving large transformation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction  
    
-   Engaging directly with clients on their most challenging business issues – understanding, addressing and solving their priority problems  
    
-   Building trusted advisor relationships through consistent value delivery and insight  
    
-   Proactively identifying client needs and propose actionable solutions or follow-on opportunities  
    
-   Overseeing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams  
    
-   Driving business development activities  
    
-   Understanding challenges in the Energy & Resources sector and translating industry knowledge into actionable recommendations, will be considered as a plus  
    
**WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?  
**-   BSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in business, computer science or engineering  
    
-   MBA from a top Business School will be considered a plus  
    
-   Minimum 5 years of relevant business / consulting experience at professional services firms. Relevant professional experience within Energy/ Resources Industry will be considered a plus  
    
-   Ability to communicate effectively and build trust-based relationships with senior client business & technology stakeholders  
    
-   Solving complex industry problems, shaping and selling offerings to clients  
    
-   Proven experience in managing teams and delivering successful projects in diverse environments
