## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **General Practitioner with an interest in Stroke Medicine** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves supporting stroke and neurology teams in the assessment, acute management, and ongoing care of stroke patients in a multidisciplinary environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess and manage patients presenting with acute neurological and stroke symptoms
-   Assist in the initial evaluation and stabilization of stroke cases
-   Support thrombolysis pathway coordination under specialist supervision
-   Provide inpatient care for post-stroke and rehabilitation patients
-   Assist neurology and emergency teams in acute neurological emergencies
-   Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately
-   Participate in multidisciplinary stroke team meetings
-   Ensure adherence to stroke care protocols and guidelines

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
-   Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a GP
-   Strong interest or exposure to neurology or stroke care
-   Experience in emergency or critical care settings is an advantage
-   Good clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
