**About the role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market‑leading company with ambitious growth plans, playing a critical role in enabling a high‑performing global marketing organisation. As Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for optimising marketing systems, processes, data, and reporting to support demand generation, customer marketing, and partner marketing across EMEA. 

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate data flow, campaign execution, attribution, and performance measurement. This role is highly analytical and operational, with a strong focus on process optimisation, automation, and delivering actionable insights to drive smarter marketing decisions. 

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and optimise marketing operations processes, systems, and workflows across the full funnel. Systems are 6Sense, Hubspot and Salesforce. 

-   Own marketing automation and CRM integration to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and efficient execution. 

-   Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports covering pipeline, revenue attribution, and campaign performance. 

-   Support demand generation, customer, and partner marketing teams with campaign setup, QA, execution, and optimisation. 

-   Establish and maintain data governance, lead management, scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions. 

-   Analyse marketing performance trends and provide insights to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI. 

-   Partner with Sales Operations and RevOps to align funnel metrics, attribution models, and forecasting. 

-   Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices within the marketing organisation. 

-   Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management requirements (GDPR). 

-   Document processes, maintain operational playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Being hungry to drive pipeline, a solution mindset, positive approach and proud in winning business. 
-   5+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing Operations within a B2B technology environment. 
-   Expertise in marketing automation platform - HubSpot and CRM systems - Salesforce and intent platform 6Sense and Cognism. 
-   Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and funnel performance measurement. 
-   Solid understanding of lead management, attribution models, and demand generation workflows. 
-   High attention to detail with a process‑driven and analytical mindset. 
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. 
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
-   Business, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent degree or experience. 
-   Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working with incomplete or complex data. 
-   Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
