### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Address inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve customer issues promptly.
-   Document all customer interactions and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues to guarantee satisfaction.
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Remain well-informed about product offerings to offer valuable assistance to customers.
-   Gather feedback from customers to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
-   Engage in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of products and customer service best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
-   Experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
-   Strong communication abilities and a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.
-   Aptitude for multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with customer support technologies and standard office software.
-   Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural landscape.
