## Description

-   Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media and digital campaigns.
-   Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing motion designs.
-   Develop animated content, including promotional videos, reels, and digital advertisements.
-   Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
-   Edit and enhance video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
-   Incorporate visual effects, transitions, typography, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
-   Adapt motion designs into different formats and sizes across digital platforms.
-   Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-   Implement feedback and revisions to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
-   Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, techniques, and creative tools.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in motion design, preferably within an advertising agency.
-   Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and digital campaigns.
-   Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
-   Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and creative transitions.
-   Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging motion content.
-   Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
-   Agency experience is a plus.
