## Description

🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager

MicroBIM is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing team!

📍 Location: Cairo Preferred (Remote Work)  
🕘 Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM  
📅 Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Key Responsibilities:  
• Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies  
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms  
• Drive lead generation and demand generation initiatives  
• Strengthen brand positioning and online presence  
• Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs  
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support business growth

## Requirements

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is a MUST

✔ Experience with CRM workflows, automation, and lead management

✔ Strong B2B marketing and lead generation background

✔ Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns

✔ Experience in SaaS, software, BIM, or construction technology is a plus
