- Monitor test outcomes and evaluation reports to drive system quality and stability
- Design and implement hardware-in-the-loop testing in collaboration with engineering teams
- Define and scale human-in-the-loop QA processes with operations for model validation
- Build simulation-based regression tests with ML and simulation teams using physics-based environments
- Write and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans across software, models, and field deployments
- Take ownership of the overall testing infrastructure end-to-end

### Technologies

- Python
- Linux
- Testing frameworks
- CI/CD pipelines
- Containerization

## Requirements

### Must Have

- MSc or PhD in a relevant technical field
- 5+ years of experience in QA, Test Engineering, or Systems Integration for complex hardware-software systems (ideally robotics or similar domains)
- Proven track record in industries like robotics, autonomous systems, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or advanced industrial automation
- Strong experience with non-deterministic / probabilistic systems and real-world validation challenges
- Expertise in building and scaling automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced technical stack: Python, Linux, testing frameworks, containerization, and version control (Git)
- Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to technical leadership and team growth

### Nice to Have

- Solid understanding of AI and robotics systems
- Experience with ROS, simulators, or C++
- Exposure to simulation-based testing or hardware-in-the-loop systems

## Benefits

- Competitive compensation package
- Various employee subsidies and perks, including public transportation and Wellpass
- Work with a world-class team in a flat hierarchy, with direct collaboration alongside the founders and engineering team
- Opportunity to make a real impact by working on cutting-edge robotics and AI systems
- Fast growth potential in a rapidly evolving company and industry
- International office environment with English as the official working language
