## Description

Responsible for designing architectural works in accordance with the project requirements and international standards in projects. Prepare layout and interior designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments. They use their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, and sustainable.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Architecture
-   Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
-   Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes
-   Local market and supply chain
-   Proficient in AutoCAD and presentation tools.
-   Strong design, visualization, and detailing skills.
-   Good understanding of construction methods and materials.
-   Excellent coordination and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-   Excellent communication skills
-   A strong imagination and the ability to think and create new ideas and dimensions
-   Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
-   Good design and drawing skills
