## Description

Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team. As a leading project and construction management firm, Overwatch is committed to providing exceptional services and delivering high-quality projects for our clients. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various construction projects, from inception to completion.

The Project Engineer start date is 1/1/2027. The applicant must be available to be on site in Chattanooga, TN.

**Salary Range:** $70,000-$80,000

### Responsibilities

-   Provide on-site technical and administrative support to the construction manager. 
-   Responsible for project document control, i.e. RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, etc. 
-   Organize and maintain project files 
-   Assist CM with change order management. The PE shall be able to independently review change order requests for merit and fair pricing, and prepare change orders for processing. 
-   Manage the closeout and turn over process. 
-   Assist CM to prepare project files for audit at project completion. 
-   Site conditions verification and support as needed.

## Requirements

-   1+ year of experience in construction management, owner's representative services, project engineering, or construction administration
-   Experience supporting large capital construction projects
-   Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
-   Proficient in construction management software, such as Procore or Primavera P6
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-   Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
-   Ability to obtain project-required security credentials and background clearances.
